Job Description

Delta Dallas is currently recruiting  Receptionists/Administrative Assistants.  The ideal candidates will possess the following traits: excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, self-starter, resourceful and positive attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and manage all incoming call
  • Provide general customer service to all callers  
  • Provide general administrative support to various level of the office as requested
  • Manage deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail
  • Responsible for opening and closing office each day
  • Coordinate building access with internal and external clientele
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of  customer service experience
