Qualifications: Administrative Associate III Provide administrative, general business support, and/or clerical functions for the Program Support Office (PSO) and Estimating & Pricing Operations (EPO) departments within the Finance organization. What You’ll Do Plan, schedule and execute meetings, teleconferences, and web conferences. Prepare written documents, presentations, communications, materials and catering for meetings and presentations. Prepare statistical reports, gather and interpret data, maintain databases, records, spreadsheets, and perform data entry. Learn and become proficient in Ball enterprise systems and procedures. Greet visitors, interviewees, answer telephones, and coordinate calendars. Prepare expense reports. Coordinate employee office moves/relocations. Perform inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies for PSO and EPO personnel. Work with highly confidential information and maintain confidentiality. Establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with all co-workers. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary. What You’ll Need High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 or more years of related experience. Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Associate’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. MS Office experience, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Outlook or similar experience required to do calendar and meeting management. MS SharePoint experience preferred. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office environment. Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
